Debbie grew up here in the Destin area, so her passion runs deep for the communities that dot our coastline.
After graduating from the University of Florida with a BA in English, and receiving her MA from the University of West Florida, also in English, she then spent seventeen years as a high school and college English teacher. From there she began her real estate career in 2001 and received her broker’s license in 2006. Here at RE/MAX Beaches she still wears the mantle of an educator by advising clients on buying and selling real estate. She loves her job!
Her accolades include April 2006 Real Estate Agent of the Month for Broker/Agent Magazine, 2008 WCR’s Business Woman of the Year, and 2009 RE/MAX’s Hall of Fame.
Education remains a vital part of her real estate career. Her designations include Certified Distressed Property Expert, e-Pro Certified, Resort & Recreational Specialist, Graduate REALTOR® Institute, Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist, and Certified Residential Specialist.
