My family has been enjoying the beaches of Destin for 20 years and for the past 4 years Jay has kept us informed and updated on the market. Jay helped my wife's brother buy a condo in the Destin area so we had a good reference when we decide to consider a condo buy in Destin. Jay showed us 4 or so condos we had identified and helped us decide on the one that fit our criteria. He advised us on what to offer based on his in-depth knowledge of the local market, we agreed and then he helped negotiate the final back and forth to contract quickly. This is the second time I’ve been able to rely on Jay to help me with a real estate purchase. When you are remotely purchasing a home, it is critical to have an experienced real estate agent that you can trust through the process. Jay watched over the building of our home and frequently sent us pictures. He also communicated with the building supervisor on our behalf about progress and did a great job representing our interests. He also followed up with us after the sale to help resolve any outstanding issues. I highly recommend Jay. I think you’ll find him easy to work with.
