Jay was amazing! We were only able to be there for the weekend and he came prepared! He had a bound book with all the properties and created a schedule so that we could see them all! He even was able to find us a new one when the one we looked at was not available. Jay was able to determine our preferences even when we weren't sure what they were. He is a true professional.

I live in Montgomery AL and chose Jay (based upon numerous recommendations) to sell my condo in San Destin. I am beyond glad that I did. I was super impressed from the get go. The above stars do not do him justice. I would give 10 stars if I could. It was such a pleasure working with him. I knew I could rely on him from the start to work diligently to get me the best outcome possible. I just closed and could not be happier with Jay and the entire process.
