As buyers settle into the new year and react to increasing interest rates and real estate prices, the number of properties sold has decreased. Though we are still seeing a decline in sales numbers, the market continues to stay quite active as the desire to own along the Emerald Coast remains consistent. Inventory levels are increasing, giving buyers a chance to be more selective. We're sure to see even more of this in the coming spring season – a popular time to list!
