As seen in the infographic below inventory numbers are up compared year-over-year with 30A West leading at an increase of 49%. A number of factors remain at play including 2024 mortgage rate forecasts. Median sales prices are fluctuating a little more in the condo market than the home market with 30A West again leading the charge with a whopping 274% increase. The total number of properties sold remains steady and even compared to last year, while the sold volume increased 20%. The Emerald Coast continues to show it holds value even with market shifts. We cannot say definitively what the 2024 real estate market will look like, but we are prepared for the potential influx of buyers and sellers and are here to assist however we can.
